First of all I did not know I was pregnant because I was not showing and came to find out my uterus was small and did not want to expand. This was with my 4th baby and I had just had a baby got pregnant 6 weeks later. I had the same pain in my lower back and hips its called your syatic nerve (not sure of the spelling). They say that should go away once you have the baby it just got pinched by the baby. If you have any other questions I am more than happy to try and help
