Good luck with it all hun, and you are not alone! lol.

It can cause lots of pain if it gets stuck!( Mylants is safe to take while pregnant) Try bending over in the middle and also try gently massaging the area where the pain is in long firm strokes - this can help move it! Also avoid gassy foods like onions, cabbage and beans! Great advice from others re water not soft drink! It could also be a bit of a tummy bug that you have picked as the stomach can spasm causing pain. It may not be morning sickness but a tummy bug that has made you feel lousy for the last few days!. Congrats on the great news! Hope all is well and that you start feeling better soon.

Drink water not coke, as the coke will dehydrate you.....perhaps one can a day instead of however many you have.
It is possible that you could be experiencing wind pains or the beginning of dehydration, but pains early in pregnancy are common for most women, just keep your eye on it and if you start to "show" at all then get to the hospital ASAP.
Hope this helps a little.
Cheers
