			<description>Hi there i have always used teething gel wether it be Bonjella or another brand and also given panadol or neurofen with no ill effects. But if you are unsure check with the chemist they will advise you appropriately. Hope this helps</description>

			<description>We have used them together in the past.&amp;nbsp; Thankfully, our youngest 2 have had no need of either.&amp;nbsp; Sure, they are grizzle bums, but it only lasts a day or 2, and then we have to watch out for the little needles! lol.</description>

			<description>As long as it is Bonjella brand teething gel you can. I once purchased another brand (cant remember which one) teething gel and it could not be used in conjunction with paracetamol (i think it was already in there) so chech the box if you are not sure.</description>

Keep in mind also, from my experience SM-33 and Nurofen provide better relief for teething. 
So if you find Bonjela and Panadol aren't making much difference, then it might be worthwhile trying the above.
