It's highly unlikely that you're NOT pregnant. So celebrate. I didn't know that I was pregnant with my first til 4 months into it. Same idea. Check out this site for great info:

Hey there
I found out i was pregnant at 3 weeks, but only because my period never came.
I never had any morning sickness, or pain, or anything, until my breasts started getting bigger. It wasnt a real problem, unless i was running. All in all i had a really easy pregnancy.
Hope yours continue's to be pleasant!

You can be pregnant without having any symptoms, but you have said your breasts are sore, which is an indication of pregnancy. Cramping in the early weeks is common due to the embryo implanting in the uterus.

There is nothing predictable about a pregnancy. You may be symptom free now, and have a whole lot of symptoms next week.
Congrats to you! Eat healthy, take your prenatal vitamins and get a lot of fluids.

as far as i'm aware a hpt can not give a false positive. if you are pregnant you'll have the hormone hgc being produced so the test will detect it and hense a positive result. i think it is possible for the test to not detect this hormone and give a negetive result when in actual fact it has just missed the hormone and the result should have been positive. I've probably totally confused you with that...anyhow, my little knowledge says that if the test says your pregnant then your pregnant!!! And congratulations...!!!!!
