Ginger, ginger tea, ginger biscuits, ginger beer, I think it's the bees knees, you can also get lollies with ginger at the health food shop.
Good luck.

I tried everything. I did take those pregnancy and breastfeeding formula tablets and they seemed to help a little but I think if you have it you just have it.
My friend swears by ginger beer though. I never tried it because I hate the stuff and the smell would probably make me spew lol

I had really bad sickness also,
I tried to keep my stomach full, which is hard I know, but I found that when I was hungry it made the sickness 10 times worse.

Things that worked for me were chilled lemonade or ginger beer with lots of ice, salted chips or sometimes salt and vinegar flavour (I craved vinegar during my pregnancy) I work in pharmacy and was offered the tablet metoclopermide for nasea, I never ended up taking it, but it is safe during pregnancy you can also get in from your doctor as an injection which has a more immediate result.

In the end I ended up buying sea band acupuncture bands for my wrist and they really helped for me straight away, yeah they look awful, but give them a try. There only about $15.

Hope your feeling better soon and good luck with everything =)

Ohh, I was soooo morning sick with my son. It was awful. These things helped, but nothing got rid of it completely.

Vitamin b-6--I took it at night, when I was least sick.

lays original potato chips--I don't know if it was the salt, or what, but I'd eat them right when I was starting to feel sick, and it would keep me from feeling like I needed to sit over the toilet all afternoon.

gingerale--I drank almost nothing else.

Also, You might want to check with your doctor about your prenatal vitamins. I mentioned my morning sickness (It was making me miss about 15 hours of work a week) and he asked me what I was taking for a prenatal vitamin, and suggested I just take folic acid pills for a while, until that sick period was over. Turns out, a lot of people have trouble tolerating the amount of iron in prenatal vitamins.

Best of luck.

the only thing that ever worked for me was avoiding the foods that made me feel unwell and eating light small meals often (grazing) rather than three standard meals a day.
I found that meats and meat products were the foods most inclined to disagree with me, so I pretty much turned vegetarian in the first 3 months until it passed.
