Don't react to the squeals, finish what you are doing and tell her so in a calm neutral voice.  It is hard, but practice makes perfect.

Her squealing is actually a sign of frustration.  Either when something she does doesn't work or she doesn't get her own way.  Oh, and they never grow out of this either, only evolve it!
