<p>If there were an issue with your kidneys, then you would be in constant pain, weeing would actually burn and you would be quite sick from it too.,</p>
<p>Have you noticed if you push your hand into the small of your back you can get bubs to move?&nbsp; Or is it just something I have to put up with? lol.</p>]]></content:encoded>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;when I was pregnant I worked at a job where we were SO busy it was a major pain to get up and go to the bathroom, so I often held it in like you do--and my doctor told me in no uncertain terms that I was NOT to do that anymore.</p><p>He said that holding it in can cause the UTIs, and also he said that there was a chance that stretching my bladder in that manner could lead to more stress incontinence in the third trimester and after birth.</p><p>If you're still drinking caffeinated beverages, you should cut down on them, because they have a diuretic effect and make you have to pee more often. &nbsp;That might help the frequency.</p><p>Just a heads up. ;)</p>]]></content:encoded>

I go to see my midwife on Tuesday so i will definetly let her know and get my urine tested to see if there are any infections.. I dont have the problem with&amp;nbsp;intercourse, havnt felt like it for over 6months hahaha..

I remember when i was pregnant with emily i had those pains as well.
I would say it is a urinary tract infection, so my advice to you is to start drinking cranberry juice with a bit of water OR with lemonade. Also go to the doctors just incase you need antibiotics - keflex is the best for pregnant women.

Also, after you have intercourse go and have a wee. This decreases your chances of getting UTI's and yeast infections (thrush).<br />
