			<description>As well as reoccurance, you can experience a seasonal swing usually around autumn and spring, gets me at least once a year, I go way downhill.

it can come back and there is no known reason either.

<p>You had your baby a year ago, so you could be feeling that time has gotten away and be 'grieving' for your baby who is going to be quite independent these days.</p>
<p>It is always a good idea to speak with your doctor about this so they know what is going on and have a record of it.&nbsp; They might also be able to help you find a support group too.</p>]]></content:encoded>
