^^ I second the stair idea but be careful of course <3
My doctor told my roomy in hospital to walk the stairs sideways like a crab up and down. It worked for her.

Good luck! Unfortunately, they only seem to come out when they are good and ready! I was 10 days overdue and had the worst possible timing in the world ( both Mums in town only for 1 day ) when my waters broke and I went into labour! MIL and Mum both stayed through the next 37 hours! I had tried EVERYTHING to induce labour, but she came when she was good and ready! We had to be in town a week prior to due date and we were about to be kicked out of our temporary accommodation as she was overdue...so the pressure was on! It was the first night we had organised to go out for dinner when my waters broke! Just as we were about to leave for dinner! I ended up at hospital then went out for dinner! My Mum had previously told me to try cod liver oil, Raspberry Leaf tea and other concoctions! I tried the tea but the cod liver oil made me gag before I could even get it close to my mouth! I walked a million miles in the middle of the build up ( 37 degrees plus) trying to get things going, but nada until she was ready! Try anything to relax you...massage, accupuncture or accupresure by a REPUTABLE practioner, sex, warm baths or showers... GOOD LUCK, Hope the action starts sooner rather than later!

Hi Karleigh,
I hear that pineapple juice is good and they say try squatting, the stretching motion should help.
Hope the birth goes well.

Its a fact that we appreciate things we work hard for. Pregnancy is hard work. You being over being pregnant is a sign you are both getting ready.

Good Luck I remember just how long those last few weeks can be.

Have you tried lavendar scented candles, flowers, potpurri and the scented spray. I have heard that this can cause labour. Also my partner has suggested that maybe have your partner play with you to try and orgasm multiple times in a short period is also suppose to bring on labour.
Cheers Queenie

I dont think anyone except someone going through pregnancy understands the sacrifices a woman makes in having children. Even then, everyone has their own journey. I really feel for you, as I dont enjoy pregnancy.
I would try acupuncture heard some friends have used it and it worked, I was too late. At least this could be relaxing. Good luck ...

when you have sex, you should insert a tampon afterwards to give the sperm a chance to work on the cervix, and remaining laying down for about 30 mins with your bottom on a pillow- this helps to keep the semen and sperm against the cervix.
