Your doctor or midwife should have given you some information about what is safe to eat. Look it up on the web. The main issue is mercury and listeria.

Steer away from any raw/uncooked shell fish and fish or meat due to listeria. Cooked fish is fine once or twice a week. Canned tuna is said in my pregnancy book to be safe to eat, a couple small cans a week maximum.
